You have to use #8220;alternative=command#8221; before you can
apply a command:

the latest beta the command parameter doesn't seem work (the TEST
does not appear in the margin).

hm, I should place a table of contents at the end of my document.
When issuing:

I get the section title but no TOC

I get the TOC but no section title.
